The back includes a stamp that reads "A. RAPIN. Silver Plume COLO Dealer in Curiosities. IF U.R. LOOKING 4 SPECIMEN'S Write 2 Me." Rapin ran a business in Silver Plume that advertised curiosities from 1892 to 1894.
