A paper menu that includes a small, photomechanical print of the Hotel de Paris in Georgetown, Colorado. The front of the menu lists a variety of options for each meal course and lists Mrs. J. H. Burkholder as the proprietress of the Hotel. Handwritten notes on the back read "Lillie Olson, Lillie Nelson, Bessie Nelson, Maud Hartsburg (Cousins from Chicago [Lillie, Bessie, and Maud]) Mannie Coors (from Golden Col.), Louis Keck. Above [names] were at Louis K. and Lilliana O. engagement dinner served by Mrs. Burkholder."
