Description
A postcard with a color photomechanical print of an Argentine central railroad train and a group of people at the top of Mount McClellan in Colorado, looking north. The handwritten note on the back mentions the Sunrise Peak Tramway and reads "Being a little downcast and homesick (maybe) we will come up here to the Summit of Mt. McClellan and get a breath of light fresh air - and go home in a basket - as it is one way by which this peak is reached - By the 'Baske[t] Route.' on a trolly - very interesting and more exciting than a rollar coaster or figure 8 - suspended in midair as though you were up in a ballon." The postcard is published by F. H. Langdon and Company, number 209.
